Partner up with me. You Bring the finance.
I am a real estate investor. I buy fix and sell homes. I buy these homes way below value . Sometimes 50-60 cents on the dollar. I then fix the home very quickly and get it back on the market most often below the true market value.
Where do you fit in ? I can not finance all these homes myself. I need other sources . There are two ways to partner up .#1 I find the deals . You bring the finace to the table. I do the. work , We split the profits. I would in this case get 2 thirds and you get 1 third . # 2 I find the deals you bring the finance and earn 12% on your money . I do the work. Of course either way an attorney would do the paper work for your protection. There is much more to this that I would explain to you, But I can not in this artical. If you would like to know more.
